Photo of Mount Washington from the parking lot of the Mount Washington auto Road. New England Fall foliage can be seen in the lower elevations rising to the higher and fading as it gets above the Alpine level. Today the clouds are slowly passing below the peak of mount Washington but above the new england fall foliage of New Hampshires tallest mountain.
You can take either the Mount Washington auto road or the cog railway to get to the top. Anyway you do it will be an eye popping adventure.
