Evening falls on Annisquam by Jeff Folger. From this angle I'm standing on Wingaersheek Beach which is in Gloucester. This lighthouse marks the entrance to the Annisuqm River and is at best complicated to get to. You are best off asking other photographers to take you there because the locals try to keep general visitors at arms length and this keeps all but the most intrepid person from finding it. Gloucester has several more lighthouses and some are far easier to find like Thacher twin lights and Ten pound lighthouse. One other is Eastern Point light and the neighbors in thier mansions do what they can to duisade people from finding this one as well. But that is another story... Please enjoy this sunset view of Annisquam lighthouse.
