Description
Moss Glen falls is the culmination of Deer hollow brook flowing out of the hills above Granville Vermont. Hills that top out at 3,000 feet at the tallest to the south west and 2,000 to 2,600 feet to the north and east. A bowl is created by the many different peaks and and ridges and all the rain drops down creating the Deer Hollow brook. During the spring thaw, the rush of the water over Moss Glen falls is tremendous comapred to the autumn when the brook is at it lowest ebb until there is rain in the hills above the falls and then for a few days it increases.
