Description
The Witch House in Salem Massachusetts is one of a few structures still standing from 1692 and the Witch trials. This is the only remaining building in Salem but you will find a couple in Danvers, the town next to Salem. Danvers was called Salem Village and became Danvers in 1757. This was the home of Jonathan Corwin who was a magistrate in the witch trials of 1692. It's unknown if any of the convicted women or man were questioned in this house but you can find out about the family and times when the Corwin's lived here.
