Dawn on Salem's Winter Island. Seasmoke was present in small wisps on the surface of the water. Salem Massachusett's Winter Island is the home to Fort Pickering and Pickering Lighthouse which is at the mouth of Salem Harbor. Pickering light is also known as Winter Island Light is a navigational light since mariners will line up on the Baker island red beacon and pickerings white beacon light to find the harbor mouth and once inside the harbor they have the red beacon of derby light at the end of Derby Wharf.
