This image was chosen by the Selectmen of Stark New Hampshire as the one image among thousands that really captures the essence of their town. This image will be on the signs announcing the town of Stark to welcome visitors both coming and going on Route 110. The Stark Covered Bridge and the Stark Church are a rare sight with a covered bridge and an old meeting house/church next to each other. In fact, this is only the 2nd such occurrence that I have seen. The other is in Arlington Vermont. What I like is that the Devil's slide rises above the Stark Covered Bridge and church which shows the fall colors running down into Stark.
