Early into the trip, we are climbing into clouds on Mount Washington. The Cog runs from the Base Station at the foot of Mount Washington to the top which is a short 3 mile run. Of course that run reachest a maximum grade of 37.41 percent. On this day the top of Mount Washington is covered in a frozen fog and winds are whipping at 30 mph with gusts of 50mph which is a very calm day on the peak that boasts, the worlds worst weather.
