Artist's Description

A look at pre-dawn on Rockport's inner harbor. Its crowded with lobster boats and some sport fishing craft. This is the old ramp to load boats into Rockport harbor. Long before the houses on either side were built here, the lobster boats or pleasure craft would be loaded down this ramp to put the boats in the water for the summer. Now it's seldom used except for the tourists to walk down to the edge of the harbor. Be careful though because it can be slippery near the bottom where the cement is covered with slippery seaweed. #Vistaphotography, #JeffFolger,
