The Idyllic Jenne farm is one of the most photographed farms in Reading, Vermont. It is one of the most photographed farms in the world, especially in autumn. Today I caught it just as the sun is climbing up over the hills bhind me and the sun is just touching the rustic red painted barns and farm house. Even though the dawn is just climbing into the sky the cows are already up and out in the field having been milked and released into the field to chew grass all day. Then in the late afternoon they need to be milked again and be brought down from the upper pastures to be milked again and then fed and put in the barn. What I love about this farm is the winding road that leads the eye down to the farm and beyond.
