Description
The The Wayside Gristmill in Fall Colors is meant to look like a 17-18th century gristmill but in reality Henry Ford bought the Way side Inn down the road and added the this gristmill to lend to the rustic nature of the Inn. The gristmill produced flour for breads served in the Inn. It was built in the early 1930s and he also added the little white chapel down the road as well.
