Description
The sunset at a lighthouse, like Scituate, is the best time of day to be at the beach. It's always nice to catch a colorful sunset but when you team that up with being at the beach and there is a lighthouse, how can you not come away feeling immense gratitude at the gift you were just given.
This is one of many Massachusetts Lighthouses on the New England coast. From the small intercoastal Lighthouses around Salem, Marblehead and Beverly to the ones like Minots Ledge lighthouse marking Minot's Rocks... lie off the southeastern chop of Boston Bay All these places had one purpose to protect sailors on the ocean.
