The farm was run by the Morrisons who kept up the property and Robert Frost would stay at the small cabin in Ripton, Vermont, up on the hill above the farm and spend his days writing or thinking about it at his leisure. He would take meals with the Morrison's and on the occasions that he had visitors (he had many) They would talk well into the night.
