The Quiet solitude of rockport harbor prior to the sunrise. The pink on the horizon hearlds the approaching sunrise. The harbor water is still with only the slightest ripple of motion under the water. Everything is still for the moment but soon the Lobstermen will arrive at their lobster boats and prepare them to go check their lobster pots. Each day they head out of Rockport harbor at dawn and return after the pots or traps are checked and refilled with bait. The bring in their days catch hoping that there is a good price for lobster that day. Enough to fill the fuel tanks and pay the mortgage on the house and boat and put food on the table. #JeffFolger, #Vistaphotography.
