Description

I normally spend my October looking for New England Fall Foliage. Instead I put on my wet weather gear on and stood 45 minutes leading up to high tide to capture the Storm at Derby Wharf Lighthouse. The winds were whipping around me at 40MPH gusting high enough to almost make me lose my footing on a birm between the parking lot and the channel leading out to the harbor. Derby lighthouse sits with the harbor swirling around the base of the Lighthouse.
