The New England fall colors of Maine glow through the fog in the early morning sunshine. Haley Pond is right next to Rangeley Lake Maine. The morning air was crisp and to my delight had created a wonderful fog all across Haley Pond. I was quick to set up my tripod and walk back and forth along the edge of the pond looking for opportunities. Soon the sun crested the eastern hills and the fall colors began to brighten.
Various fowl began to arrive and land on the pond which can be seen in other images that I have of this morning.
