Mountain Summit in Fall Colors. From here Mount Washington doesn't look so high but it is the tallest point in New England. Also, the top of Mount Washington gets the worst weather in the USA. You can find Mount Washington by driving up Route 16 from North Conway until you hit Pinkham Notch. Once there it's a short way up on the left (if heading north) before you see the parking lots and the pay station to drive up the auto road to the top.
