Description
The Quakers left England and arrived in colonial America. But now they found England was controlling where they could get iron from so a group got together and started the first iron works in the New World. What you see here is a recreated 1680's period Iron works house which is a prominent example of the Colonial Revival and Twentieth- Century American Preservation Movement. This house which is a recreation is identical to the "Witch house" in Salem which is the last remaining "original" building with ties to the Salem Whitch trials [see image here] https://vistaphotography.pixels.com/featured/the-witch-house-jeff-folger.html
