Description
a Vermont brook passes over rocks depositing Vermont fall foliage leaves and at the same time taking them away. A break in the canopy above allows the sky to peak through making the leaves that have fallen glow from within. The Vermont fall colors are iridescent in the autumn and the colors of fall run from red to orange to a vibrant gold. I slowed the exposure so that the water blurs as it cascades down over the rocks. This to me is the quintessential New England view of fall foliage in New England. I love these scenes of New England and I wish they would last longer. But if Vermont's fall foliage season lasted longer than a month I don't know if I would survive it. In just 30 days I'm exhausted.
