Digital Art - A sunny afternoon in the Ipswich cemetery with rows of tall maples standing above a path. There is something about a cemetery that draws me in, at least in the very old ones. They weren't planned or laid out like several football fields laid end to end. The climb over hill and down into valleys and you can wander through them seeing trees that are hundreds of years old (especially here in New England) That they are full of Maples, oaks and other trees that have been lovingly maintained over the years. The New England Fall Foliage that line this particular path are of the Genus name is the Acer Saccharum. The tree in the foreground is labeled as a Sugar Maple but the bark is very strange. What do you think, is this tree mislabeled?
