Artist's Description
Morning take on new meaning when the New England fall colors are muted by cold temperatures leading to dense fog. The fog softens the fall foliage and in the distance trees and wrought iron antique fences blend together in the mist. But if you keep moving forward you can find your way. Someone appears in the mist walking his dog and a playful bark is muffled by the fog floating between you and him. As you look out on the common to see where he is heading, he is now gone, obscurred by the mist. If you keep looking maybe he will but appear once more or maybe not. You keep walking waiting to see what else pops out of the mist.
