Salem Massachusetts Sunset on Salem Harbor. It's not always easy to get a sunset over water picture on the east coast. We have great unubstructed sunrises but sunsets are limited to lakes, Cape Cod, and as you can see here, from Marblehead looking at Salem across the harbor. I wish I had spent more time at my uncles house when he was alive because he had some spectacular sunsets. All the pleasure boats filling the harbor which in a scant two months will be empty as fall and winter bear down on New England. But this evening with my wife next to me to enjoy the view. it is a memory to remember.
